Payment
All prices on our website are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and any other secure options listed at checkout.
Orders will be processed only after full payment has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing correct payment details. We will not be liable for delays or failed orders due to incorrect information.
Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Accra and selected areas for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery outside Accra may take 1–3 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive their package. We will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refund
We only accept returns or exchanges if: The wrong product was delivered.
The item was damaged or defective upon delivery. Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be processed for delivery.
